I am excited to announce that registration for Steubenville East 2025 is officially open! Mark your calendars for July 25-27 in Springfield, Massachusetts!
We hope to make our 2025 Steubenville East experience our best yet! Last year, the Diocese of Burlington brought 80 youth and chaperones from around Vermont, comprising the largest single group at the conference. This year, we hope to bring even more!

Early-bird registration to join our Diocesan Steubenville East group is $360. This early-bird rate will last until Thursday, May 1st at which time registration will increase to $375.
Your registration includes:
The actual cost for these amenities is over $600 per individual. The Diocese incurs the remainder of the cost to make the Conference as affordable as possible.
To register please:
If you are registering as a chaperone for the event, please register as an "Adult Chaperone" and not a "Volunteer."

Chaperones:
We are always looking for chaperones for the Steubenville East conference! It is a beautiful experience to share with our young people, accompanying them as they encounter Jesus Christ through the events of the weekend and their peers.
We request that if you are organizing/sending a group of youth to the conference from your parish that you try to coordinate chaperones for your group as well. We certainly won’t turn your group away if you are unable to find chaperones; we have just found it is more comfortable for youth when they are with adults that they already know.
Please stay in contact with us about whether you have been able to find chaperones for your group. If not, we will recruit chaperones to fill in the gaps. Keep in mind that female youth need to be with a female chaperone, and male youth need to be with a male chaperone.
Chaperones should be ministry-oriented and concentrated on making the Steubenville East experience as vibrant as possible for the youth involved. It is an immensely joyous weekend, but it is also fairly demanding with the amount of movement and activity expected. Keep these factors in mind when selecting chaperones.
If you have any questions regarding the conference or registration, please feel free to contact Isaac Desranleau (Youth and Young Adult Minister for the Diocese), at [email protected], or our Diocesan Event Coordinator, Nicole Hamilton, at [email protected].
We're so excited for this event, and we hope you are too!
